So a little catch up....
First I would like to thank the Oklamchak's for choosing me to build their patio set! They saw a chair they liked and contacted me with a photo of it (first pic posted). I suggested a matching table and they said let's do it. The pictures are of the completed set, stained October Brown. They are adding cushions to the chairs. Thank you very much for supporting local business!
I'm currently out of benches but I'm working on a fish bench for an order. If you would be interested in the fish, or any bench design, please contact me and I will make it a priority.
I have been working on another mount base for Mount'n whitetails taxidermy . The base is an oval shape and I didn't like the idea of seeing any end grain. Soooo.....I decided to steam bend the base! That lead to the design and build of a steam box. The photos you see are the steam box in progress and the first steam bent piece of oak for the base. It went perfect! This adds steam bending abilities at the shop which opens a few new doors for everyone.
Lastly, Facebook reminded me that this month is the first birthday of my business. It's hard to believe the amount of support and prayer I have received over the past year. I truly can't thank you all enough and feel eternally grateful. I have truly been blessed!
Thank you all for staying with me and believing in me. As always, thank you for your continued shares, cares and prayers. I would be nowhere without them.

Hello all! I hope this post finds everyone well! I've been busy working on a few projects but wanted everyone to know that bear benches are available! I currently have 2 flag benches and 3 bear benches in stock. Flag benches are $290.00 and the bears are at the new lumber price of $330.00. (That hurts to even say!) That being said, some of the bear benches and a flag are headed to Big Bear Lake Campground! Thanks Kris Wyant! Bear prices there are $320.00 and I will honor that price over the holiday weekend. Some of you, and you know who you are, threw my name out there in a local post searching for some custom work for a local taxidermy business. I can't thank you enough... Brenda Tressler and Amy Wilt ! I met with him and there will be a post in the near future on a piece I'm building for him. I'm truly honored and grateful for your recommendation! Word of mouth recommendations are truly flattering! Thank you all for your prayers, shares and cares and PLEASE have a safe holiday weekend!!!! Photos include a custom sign made of maple and laser engraved for my awesome neighbor who took care of my mom's driveway all winter! Thank you Josh N Jessica Conklin ! Flag benches and bear benches in stock. Benches loaded for the campground. A custom laser engraved stall sign for a repeat customer's horse. And last.... the shop Robin hatched 3 chick's and was a great mom! She is about to have an empty nest. This guy was brave enough to be the first one out of the nest.

Well, I figured this post was coming but really hoped it wouldn't. I have been building my recent benches on last years lumber and materials. I built my last 2 benches with those materials and it was time to restock. I just came from my suppliers and I was SHOCKED at the prices, to say the least. I even stood there and made them go line for line on my receipts. Material prices have increased, significantly. I have truly strived to produce a quality bench that will last for a price that most can afford. I absorbed little increases, here and there, so the average person could afford and enjoy my work. With this last trip and increase, I have no choice but to increase prices a bit. I'm truly sorry for this and you have no idea how much I hate doing it. My material cost has increased just over $30.00 per bench. Keep in mind that my lumber is hand picked. Every single piece is chosen by me after digging through endless piles. A good bench starts with good materials and I spend hours per trip. I will continue to use the same hand picked and quality materials as I refuse to compromise on that. Again, I'm sorry I have had to announce this but I just wanted everyone to understand why. The last of last years benches will be sold at last years prices and the new prices will take affect on all newly built pieces. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. The shop is running, full swing, again. Great to be doing what I love. I figured I would show you the newest bench. I currently have this black lab bench and a bear bench out front. Flag benches will be next but I'm always willing to skip the line for orders! Feel free to contact me for prices or any custom work you want done! Well, it's that time of year again! I wanted to get so much more done before the start of the season. I have 2 bear benches ready to go and fresh out of the shop. I've had a few calls on them so let me know if you want one! Price is $290.00. The entire bench line is available, although not all are in stock yet. No worries though! If you want something built that isn't out yet, just let me know. I will make it a priority. As we start a new summer season, I wish you all a summer filled with fun, faith and sun! Winter has been slow and there hasn't been much to post. That being said, I have been busy cutting out stock for the first nice days! I will be ready for spring! I have added a new machine to the shop as well. Yes, I found room but lost my work bench! Lol. The shop is now up to date with a large laser and a new CNC machine. I'm hoping this will allow me to better serve you all with your custom designs. I just fired the CNC up so the projects were just test pieces, but better projects ahead. I hope you are all staying warm through this winter and thank you all for your continued support, prayer, shares and follows! Don't forget, I'm open and available for projects. I hope everyone had a great Christmas!!!! I'm wishing you all a very happy New Year! Just wanted to check in and show you some of the latest designs and work done at the shop. Some laser work was finished for Christmas gifts and the new lumber storage system is up. If anyone would be interested, I custom build both the racks and work benches. The little shop has reached maximum capacity! A new piece of equipment has been added and will be up and running soon. With this cnc router, sign making and 3D carving will be possible.
