We’re seeking potential vendors and artists for Cumberland Con 2026, happening October 10th through the 11th! Do you sell comics, cards and collectibles? Or maybe oddities, paranormal and supernatural items? Horror-related stuff, or maybe you’re an artist looking to showcase your work? Whatever it is you do, if you think our attendees would love it, we want to hear from you!!!

We’re looking for some of the best vendors and artists from near and far to come out and show us what you’ve got. We want to see the things you create, the things you collect, and the things you sell that people won’t find just anywhere.

Now, not everyone who applies is going to be selected. We’re always intentional about the vendors and artists we bring in because we want Cumberland Con to have a great mix of unique, interesting, and exciting things for everyone to discover. But if you’re selected, we think you’re going to have such a great time with us that you’ll be dying to come back year after year!

So, if you’ve got something unique, interesting, weird, spooky, collectible, artistic, or just plain awesome, we want to hear from you! Cumberland Con 2026 is coming, and we want YOU to be part of it!!!

Cumberland Con 2025 was the best yet!

From the guest speakers to the vendors and artists, the incredible cosplayers and everyone working behind the scenes to make it all happen... thank you for making this event pretty special.

Kyle Kadel, Shane Jonathan Ison, Jobie Bradley you guys have created something great here.

Before we release this year's vendor applications, we want to inform all future and returning vendors that Cumberland Con will now be enforcing a strict policy prohibiting the sale of artwork and merchandise or any other products created using generative AI.

We also strongly discourage the use of AI generated logos, banners, and advertisements within vendor’s spaces. Additionally, Cumberland Con will not use AI generated assets in any of our own advertising. This also applies to vendor promotions. If your logo or other promotional materials are AI generated, they will not be featured in Cumberland Con's vendor spotlights or other official promotional materials.

Since our founding in 2023, all Cumberland Con artwork for advertisements, flyers, logos, merchandise, and more has been created by our in-house artist and co-founder, Jobie Bradley of Jobie Bradley Art.

This policy reflects our solidarity with working artists, writers, and other creative professionals whose work, livelihoods, and intellectual property are affected by the use of AI.

As we cannot identify every potential violation, we are asking for the community's assistance. Attendees and vendors who believe AI generated products are being sold should report their concerns directly to event volunteers so the situation can be reviewed by our founders and addressed promptly.

Vendors found to be in violation of this policy will be asked to remove the prohibited items immediately. Failure to comply, or repeated violations, will result in removal from our event without a refund and may affect eligibility for participation in future Cumberland Con events.
