** LONG POST ** PLEASE READ **

I'm making some significant changes to how I manufacture and sell my products, with the goal of dramatically reducing turnaround times and expanding the URO product lineup.

Essentially, I'm moving away from "MADE TO ORDER" and transitioning to "FINISH TO ORDER".

Due to the OVERWHELMING popularity of my SimShifters, nearly all of my production time has been dedicated to keeping up with orders. While I'm incredibly grateful for the demand, it's left me with very little time to finalize R&D and launch several products that are already close to being ready. Not to mention all the crazy ideas still floating around in my head! 😅

I also have improvements planned for ALL existing products that I've struggled to find time to implement.

SO, WHAT'S CHANGING?

I'm moving to a rotating production schedule, focusing on one product at a time and manufacturing limited batches.

A predetermined number of each product will be approximately 90–100% assembled BEFORE they're made available for purchase.
Items that don't have customization will be 100% built and ready to shop upon purchase
Items that can be customized (Ball Top SimShifters) will be built to about 90% where all that's left is the unique parts (chrome, colors, woodgrain, glitter, pearl etc)

Once an order is placed, I'll complete any remaining assembly, customization, and then final testing and cleaning before shipping.

**** Only quantities that have already been pre-assembled will be available to order. Once those sell out, that product will generally remain "SOLD OUT" unavailable until its next production cycle. ****

Some items may end up on the rotation more frequently based upon demand. I also plan to create an assembly routine that will allow for some extras to be "on the shelf" in case of emergency or just to build an eventual inventory to where I ALWAYS have items ready to ship. This is the goal.

This should dramatically reduce turnaround times, eliminate the cycle of constantly building against a growing backlog, and eventually allow me to maintain a revolving inventory of ready-to-ship or nearly completed products.

WHAT ABOUT AIR SUSPENSION CONTROLLERS? :
Those are the first of the new items to launch. I've already had nearly 50 suspension controllers assembled to about 75% complete for weeks, if not months now! I simply haven't had the time to finish them while keeping up with existing orders.

ALL EXISTING PRODUCTS are absolutely coming back. I just can't give an exact date yet. Once the rotation begins and cycles through, I will be able to approximate a schedule more easily.

I know this isn't what everyone was hoping for to hear, but these changes are necessary for me to build the full product lineup I've envisioned.

WHAT ABOUT A WAITING LIST? :
I plan to create a Google Form where you can sign up to receive an email when products become available.
This will be a **notification list only**, not a preorder or a guaranteed spot in line.

In the meantime, keep an eye on this page for production updates and availability announcements.

Just a quick reminder: ALL ORDERS ARE IN QUEUE and are being worked on in the order they were received.

To help reduce my backlog and shorten turnaround times, I’m temporarily listing most items as while I catch up on current orders.
-I’m not happy with how long some of you have been waiting, and I needed to make this change so I can improve fulfillment times moving forward.
