Here is a current example of the markings I use when I create a piece from a pattern. This is a mountain and I want to make sure the directionality of the mountain is not lost when I place the pattern pieces on glass. I draw a line indicating the direction I want the glass coloring to run so I don’t get confused when the pieces are all taken off the pattern and jumbled around.
