đź“ŁLast call! Today, May 22nd, is the FINAL day to apply for the 2026 Snohomish Studio Tour!

This year we are accepting artists from all of Snohomish County. Studios will need to be within the Snohomish Scool District boundaries, but artists without studios or who’s studios are outside the boundary may apply as guest artists.

The application portal closes tonight at 10:59. Please allow yourself plenty of time to read the prospectus, format and upload your photos/videos, and have a 3 sentence statement ready in 3rd person.

Don’t wait till the last minute! If you’re planning to apply to this year’s Snohomish Studio Tour, applications are due Friday. Give yourself time to format and upload your photos and videos, and have a short 3 sentence statement in 3rd person ready. These are the things that will take the most time.

Artists from Snohomish County are invited to apply. If you don’t have a studio there is the option to apply as a guest artist. If you want to apply with your studio, your studio needs to be within the Snohomish School District boundaries.

Introducing our 2nd juror for this year’s tour, Eileen Sorg.

Eileen is a professional artist based in the Pacific Northwest and is well known for her magical, narrative drawings. She regularly shows her work at juried festivals across the country and has originals in museums and private collections worldwide. In addition to her personal studio work, she accepts commission work throughout the year. She is a popular instructor teaching workshops across the US and Canada where she shares her love of drawing and the mixed media technique she has developed over the years.

Eileen is also recognized as a Signature Member of the Colored Pencil Society of America and the author of several books on drawing in colored pencils produced by Walter Foster Publishing.

Eileen’s primary medium for creating her artwork is drawing using colored pencils. These pieces are created on paper using traditional techniques and framed behind glass. Her love of paper led her to become a printmaker with several presses in her studio used for copperplate etching and creating mezzotints. Recently, Eileen has begun oil painting on a copper plate to explore that medium as another way to visually express her ideas.

Hey artists! The moment you’ve been waiting for is finally here: applications are OPEN for the 4th annual Snohomish Studio tour🎉

Please note there are some changes this year as we evolve and grow- and we are especially excited to let last year’s artists know that while they will need to fill out the application, they will not need to be juried in again. And, we are expanding our boundaries for eligibility! We are welcoming artists from all of Snohomish County to be part of our SST family! While studios need to remain within the Snohomish School District, guest artists from out of district may apply to take part and be hosted by a local studio.

The application portal closes on May 22nd. Please give yourself ample time to format photos, thoroughly read through the description and regulations and get submissions in.

We are so jazzed for the 2026 Snohomish Studio Tour!
