SMITHVILLE HISTORICAL SOCIETY OPEN HOUSE & CIVIL WAR HISTORY DAY - JUNE 19, 2021: 7 -11 am Ruritans Pancake Breakfast at Smithville Brethren Church 10am-3pm- Civil War Re-enactment- including 41st OVI, Gen Garfield, Abraham Lincoln & others. Pioneer Village Buildings open with live music. Model T Museum and Heritage Center open. Mishler Mill Store & Smithville's Village Pottery open for retail sales. 11:00 & 2:00 Live music at Mishler Mill 11:00- Smithville Stars Vintage Base Ball Team game (Field across from Church of God) 12 noon-Civil War Soldiers fire Three Volley Salute with Taps, National Anthem, and Gettysburg Address at Veterans Memorial. 8am-4pm Strawberry Festival on the Square.
