Characters With a Cause "Characters With a Cause" is an volunteer group that travels to children's hospitals on Long Island/New York, to bring the joy of fairytales to sick children.

"Characters With a Cause" travels to children's hospitals on Long Island/New York, to bring the joy of fairytales to children in need “Smiles, Hope, and Healing!” Our mission is to take away from the reality that these children face, and create magical moments! We also take part in fundraisers and various charities to help bring the joy of fantasy to those who need a little magic in their lives.

The smiles of people of all ages is what inspired this group to do what they do, and they continue to bring smiles through "Characters With a Cause"
