Hello everyone and happy Thursday!

I figured it was time to introduce myself to those of you who do not know me personally.

My name is Emma. I am a 30 year old stay at home mom of a 3 and 2 year old. Being able to be home hanging out with them has been such an amazing blessing and a dream come true!!

While enjoying the time with my kids, I also get to do another thing I enjoy. Baking!!

My journey with sourdough started out a few years back. I was gifted starter from a fellow baker and friend. From there I started experimenting and mostly failing. Eventually, I got the hang of it and started making loaves for family and friends. That grew into making other baked goods from my starter and sharing them too!

Now let’s talk about the name Ahavah. It is a Hebrew word, meaning love. If you know me, you know that God is a big part of my life. After spending a dark season away from Him, I found my way back. God continues to work on me and lead me through motherhood and life. This bakery is a huge part of my journey and another one of His blessings. God’s love is the greatest gift, so naturally it had to be the name of this bakery.

I know that was a lot to read, but thank you for doing so!! I feel very blessed to be able to share this experience with so many of you lovely people.

Thank you for every follow, like, share and order placed. You are supporting this mama’s dreams!
