Have to admit I am inspired by my insta and FB friends finding and posting pics that are that far apart .
I haven’t posted anything for a LONG.. while as I reeling under work pressure and nursing injury that I got Christmas Eve at a friends birthday party..
Was dancing.. heard a pop at my right knee.. sat down and am limping since then.
Saw the doctor next day and following his instructions .!
WAiting to recover till I can dance again..

Anyhow-Was inspired, took a cue from that and shared it on my Dance page as well.
These pics- about 8 years apart.
I like to think I am more aware, more compassionate and more kinder.
IMHO:That seems to be the need of the hour!
