Horton, Kansas Family Reunion Page This Page is designated to the Families that came from Horton, Kansas to the Quad Cities of Iowa and Illinois to work with the Rock Island Railroad.

Each Labor Day weekend since its conception in 1957 by two brothers, Manual and Joseph Garcia. The Labor Day weekend has been the celebration of these families could celebrate the triumphs and reunite and share. With a dance and picnic. Today we are still doing this and our Mission is to continue to hold on to that vision. To celebrate the History, the Sacrifices, the Unions and the Lives of all t

hose that came before us and those that are still with us. To make sure that the Legacies are reminded of how hard our Relatives worked and bonded with the love of family and friends to create successful lives for each of us. This Weekend is all about Celebrating! So keep your Calendars Marked each Labor Day Weekend for The Horton Reunion!
