When I first met this sweet horse, I honestly wasn't sure if we would be able to fit a western saddle on his short bearing surface. Bred for halter with a gorgeous sloped shoulder and sporty build, he kinda doesn't have a bearing surface for a saddle, let alone a western saddle.
But it turns out there was a solution- and not only does it fit him perfectly, it was under budget as well!

Truly minimalist, this saddle is ideal for several circumstances
1. You start young horses and need a well balanced introductory saddle for their first rides. Easy in, easy out, and no compromising fit on young horses.

3. You want the ultimate freedom for your leg regardless of discipline

This saddle has an adjustable gullet system that comes with bars measuring from MN to XXW. The horse in the photo is an XW and theres a bar at least 10° wider than him.
Ive also modified the panel to give more room for the horse's spinalis, and stripped its flocking and replaced it with synthetic wool for soft rebound (ideal for longe lessons and minimal maintenance).
