Behind the paint...
Born and raised in Louisiana, Ashley Beck has always had a love for nature and beautiful details. She especially enjoys photographing her adventures and using them as the inspiration for her original art.
Throughout her childhood, Ashley has always been creatively fueled by the beauty in nature. However, over the years, through some painful life situations, she became fueled by not so beautiful images that she started to see with others as well as in her personal life.
It became very clear that her mission as an artist is to create meaningful art for others with a healing message of hope and encouragement. Ashley believes with all her heart that God can bring about beautiful things from pain. Her hope as a visual abstract artist is to evoke emotion when viewing her art. Her goal is for customers and clients to connect to the art before making a purchase with the hope that it will be enjoyed for generations.
Ashley is very passionate about helping local women who have experienced domestic violence. As a result, ten percent of art sales will be donated to the northwest Louisiana based nonprofit organization, Project Celebration, Inc – a nonprofit dedicated to providing services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and children experiencing violence.
