Sept is sucide prevention month when we think things are okay or person is good have we actually asked them or checked in?
Depression sometimes hides behind a mask and is invisible to thise who dont understand what other person is going through please take time to check in with those you care about it would mean world to them

I know lot people dont wanna talk about it yet bring awareness to mental health and wellbeing is just as important to speak about be well,stay safe and many blessings
