It was here that he found his love for improv by performing with Tallahassee’s legendary improv troupe The Whammo Players. After going over seas to study acting in London’s West End, he graduated with a B.A in Theater. In 2001 Scott moved to Los Angeles, and began performing stand-up as well as studying improv at The Groundlings and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. He has performed with several improv troupes around Los Angeles and created several sketch productions. Scott’s love for improv led him to develop and teach classes for kids and teens to help them become stronger actors. He developed and conducted the performance curriculum for the Vonder Haar Center for the Performing Arts, as well as directed several of their theatrical performances. He has also organized and developed workshops for the young actors on Disney Television’s Kickin’ It. As an actor, Scott has been seen on the CW’s Maybe It’s Me as well as The Ellen Show. He performed in Disneyland’s production of Snow White: An Enchanting Musical. He has written and performed a one man show titled SERVED, which played in several venues across Los Angeles. Scott is also the creator and head writer of the web series Faculty Lounge. As a teacher, Scott brings a sense of play and silliness to every class, helping young actors build their confidence and take risks with their performances.
