Once upon a time…

I was working on an artwork with great anticipation of how it would turn out, when in a short moment of my back being turned, my toddler had proudly made his marks across the lower side of the entire piece.
The right side was beyond repair and honestly, I thought this was too. Unwilling to just throw the close-to-finished section away, I tucked it away in a folder until recently, when out of little bit of inspiration this new work was born.

Sometimes the best outcome is a far cry from the original plan.

ago and wishing I had brought it to life
much sooner. No time like the present to
build that momentum.

I’m super excited about this pair!

“Freeze Tag” is coming in hot and will make its public debut at Western Design Conference in August!

ANNOUNCING: My first-ever Fine Art Calendar.

I’m proud to be partnering with 3 Hangin 3 Quarter Horses in Montana to create a limited-edition 2027 calendar featuring twelve brand new original artworks inspired by the everyday rhythm of life on the ranch.

Many of these artworks are currently in progress, and I plan to be sharing more of the behind-the-scenes peaks, reveals, and just the whole journey of bringing this special project to life along the way.

After so many calendar requests over the past few years, this project really has been a dream in the making, and I can’t wait to share more as it unfolds.

Please enjoy a peak of April’s artwork 🩵

I’m still here, plugging away towards impending deadlines and have put all my energy into my family and work as opposed to socials at the moment.

I have a growing inventory of new works that I am excited to share with you in good time, stay tuned!

Did you know?

Originally “Decoration Day”: The holiday was first known as Decoration Day because of the early practice of decorating fallen soldiers’ graves with spring flowers. The name gradually changed and officially became Memorial Day in 1967.

Please let me introduce you to:

The Cowgirl Art Collective is open today (and this weekend during the Chili Cookoff)! 🌶️🤠

Come wander Virginia City, grab some chili, and stop in to shop one-of-a-kind pieces from cowgirl artists and western makers. We have handmade goods, art, gifts, home pieces, and plenty of things you won’t find in a big box store.

We’re still bringing in new pieces weekly, so there’s always something different to see.

Come say hi, shop small, and support western artists while you’re in town!

We’re so excited to continue introducing the talented artists featured inside the Cowgirl Art Collective, and next up is .

Rebekah is a self-taught Western artist known for her finely detailed pencil drawings of equine and wildlife subjects. Growing up with fields of horses just across the road, and dreams of one day having her own, sparked a passion for drawing that has stayed with her ever since. Through her work, she captures moments with care and detail, creating pieces that reflect a deep connection to the Western way of life.

Her artwork has found homes in private collections across the U.S. and internationally. From her Wyoming studio, Rebekah continues to create while raising her five children, sharing her heartfelt view of Western life through her art. She has also exhibited her work in shows and events throughout the Midwest and continues to grow both artistically and personally.

You can shop Rebekah’s work inside the Cowgirl Art Collective including cards, prints and originals.

Being a mom is one of the hardest and simultaneously the most beautiful callings a woman can fill.
It allows for unlimited practice in patience, lots and lots of love, and maybe a pocket full of pretty rocks and dandelions.

Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms out there 💗
