Unfortunately, I realized I have to work Saturday, July 25th. So, no Moweaqua market for me that weekend :( I am going to try to have some things ready for a porch pick-up in Shelbyville though. Either Saturday afternoon after the market(and work) or Sunday morning. Any preferences?

So the big grocery stores have been jumping on the sourdough train. They want you to think it's the same...it's not the same. All those extra words to keep it sitting on the shelf longer or make it seem more like true sourdough.

Real sourdough doesn't need extra vitamins added back in. It doesn't need souring agents, because it gets its flavor honest.

Support your own health, support your local baker, even if it isn't me. 😀
