Creamsicle Macarons anyone?
Nothing evokes memories of long lazy summer days than eating a frozen creamsicle treat. You remember...that refreshing sweet tang of orange combined with creamy vanilla? Chef Lauren Nardone of Breaking the Mold has created a French macaron that combines that favorite creamsicle flavor with the crispy/chewiness of a French macaron. What could be better right? I made these little cuties in her zoom class today. A great way to learn something new while socially distancing. What fun. So even if the calendar is’nt saying it’s summer yet you can enjoy these sweet treats now.
