Booking Policy Update

All project dates for Savior Soul Studio are considered tentative until a contract is signed and the required deposit is received.

If you are currently on our schedule, we will reach out approximately two weeks before your project start date to finalize your contract, deposit, and project details. If these are not finalized within that week, the dates will be released and offered to the next customer on our cancellation list. (For exceptionally large jobs we may begin this process sooner.)

If at any time you would like to secure your booking ahead of time, you are more than welcome to do so! Just reach out to us and we will prepare your contract and deposit information. Once those are completed, your dates are officially reserved.

We understand that plans and circumstances can change, and we will always do our best to work with our customers. At the same time, reserving project dates often means turning away other work, so this policy helps us keep our schedule fair and dependable for everyone. Thank you!! ❤️

WE’RE OFFICIALLY BOOKED FOR 2026!

We are officially FULLY BOOKED for the remainder of the 2026 calendar year for murals and window paintings!

The business has been growing faster than we can currently keep up with, and we want to sincerely thank every business and customer who has booked with Savior Soul Studio this year, as well as everyone in the community who has supported, shared, recommended, and followed our work. The response has been overwhelming, and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you all!

We do still have openings for studio work, including custom artwork, drawings, and canvas paintings.

If you’re still interested in a mural or window painting in 2026, please feel free to send us a message. We’ll be happy to add you to our waiting list in case we have a cancellation.
