The 2026 Levitt AMP Selma Music Series DOES NOT begin this Saturday.

Our season officially kicks off on Saturday, July 25 at the Riverfront Amphitheater with the inaugural Bridge City Jazz Festival featuring the incredible Eric Essix!

And yes... we're asking everybody to come dressed in their BEST ALL WHITE! 🤍✨

Think great music, beautiful riverfront views, good friends, and a summer evening that reminds us why Selma is so special.

But that's just the beginning...

The BBQ Grilling Competition is coming, and teams will soon be able to register to compete for prizes, trophies, and the title of one of the best pitmasters in the Black Belt. More details are coming soon!

BIG NEWS, SELMA! 🎶✨

The 2026 Levitt AMP Selma Music Series is officially moving forward with a refreshed and intentional season format... and we are excited about what’s ahead.

This year, the series will run from Saturday, July 25 through Saturday, October 24, continuing on our familiar 2nd and 4th Saturday cadence while featuring seven highly curated concert experiences along Selma’s beautiful riverfront.

Why the shift?

Because Selma deserves excellence.

After thoughtful conversations with partners, sponsors, community members, and our planning committee, we made the decision to focus on producing fewer shows while maintaining the high-quality artists, production, atmosphere, and community experience that have made the Levitt AMP Selma Music Series special.

Rather than stretching resources thin or compromising quality, we chose to create a stronger, more sustainable season that gives us additional time to secure sponsors, strengthen partnerships, and build unforgettable experiences for our community.

And honestly? Many of the neighbors and supporters we spoke with loved the idea of a more concentrated season packed with intentional themes, exciting cultural experiences, and dynamic entertainment.

This season will feature:

🔥 Smoke in the City Blues + Grilling Competition
🚗 Soul + Classic Car Show
