Tonight’s the night what an amazing experience with some of the greatest people I’ve ever met. Thank you for the memories. Thank you for the laughs and most of all. Thank you for the friendships. I will cherish these moments forever. Good luck to the final two!!

In the final showdown, two teams go head-to-head preparing a five-course barbecue tasting menu, highlighting the pinnacle of live-fire cooking and the team’s unique point of view. This is their final chance to impress judges , Ernest Servantes, , and by demonstrating their creativity, innovation, and mastery of the pit. Every bite counts. Every technique matters. And in the end, only one team will walk away with $50,000 and the title of Pitmasters Champion!

Premiering Monday, August 17th at 9pm– “Backyard BBQ”
With four teams left in the competition, judges Andrew Zimmern, Ernest Servantes, Jess Pryles, and Moe Cason are looking for a classic backyard barbecue potluck with a live-fire main course and two sides that don't disappoint. But the catch is that the pitmasters only have three hours to pull it off! The teams are fighting for a spot in the semifinals, and for the first time the Big Burn comes with a $5,000 prize.

I just want to personally thank David and the entire Atoz Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Services team for their professionalism and incredibly quick response.

We had a cooler go out, and David and his team showed up, took care of us, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Great service, but even better people.

There’s nothing better than supporting small, local businesses, especially when they’re run by people who genuinely care about their customers and community.

David and the ATOZ HVAC team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of us when we needed it. We truly appreciate you guys!

Premiering Monday, July 27th at 8pm – “Sink or Swim”
For the first time in the competition, the pitmasters are faced with the Flash Burn first, and it comes with a twist: there’s no meat on the menu! The winner of this Flash Burn will have a big choice to make. They can either get some much-needed rest OR push through and compete for a huge advantage! For the Big Burn, pitmasters take on one of the most iconic culinary pairings, Surf & Turf. But over live fire it’s a different story! Teams will need control, finesse, and a deep understanding of the fire to succeed. The winning team gets an advantage that could save them in the next Big Burn.

Premiering Monday, July 20th at 9pm– “Trifecta of Live Fire”
It’s the middle of the night, but there’s no sleep for the weary. Now that the eight remaining teams have introduced the judges to their style, they must immediately put their live-fire skills to the ultimate test. In this Big Burn, the pitmasters will have nine hours to create a dish featuring three components, each highlighting a different live-fire cooking technique: underground, on the coals, and hanging above the fire. Not only that, as the sun rises, they face a surprise BBQ breakfast Flash Burn! In the end, only seven teams will move forward in the competition.
