Hello my name is Allison I am the creative director of Sedona Cacao & Paint - Sip & Paint wellness offerings held in a ceremonial painting formation.

I am an Art Therapy practitioner in mental health/ rehabilitative health for all most 20 years now. My work is based on utilizing personal intention and intuition within the realms of creativity as a pathway for personal growth and healing- so I facilitate groups to awaken this within each individual experience and the experience of the group.

My mission has very much been to help others come into their truth and authenticity through art -making whether they have any art experience or not.

The spirit of the Cacao came to me informing that she would be a great ally to the work I was already doing 💚

We utilize the Cacao for inspiration during the event with its potent heart opening and uplifting qualities and as a way to connect with the earth.
I also incorporate prayer, meditation, and music into the Sip & Paint offering.

At the upcoming Harvest Moon Healing Arts Festival in AZ - I will be sharing this lovely offering in a way where the participants will be able to receive the healing medicine of creativity, connection, and a renewed inspiration- along with a personalized relic made by you to take home 💛
