Good morning, everyone!
I want to thank everyone for the incredible outpouring of support I’ve received throughout this primary. Because of you, we secured 47.23% of the vote yesterday and are currently up by 5 votes. I could not be more proud of what we’ve accomplished together.
While ballots are still being counted, this result is truly something to celebrate. I would not be here without the incredible community that has stood behind me every step of the way. Together, we’ve built a powerful coalition of community organizations, unions, advocates, and leaders who believe in the future we can build together.
But our work doesn’t stop here. Let’s carry this momentum into the general and keep fighting for the leadership our community deserves. I hope you’ll join me for the next chapter of this campaign!

Quiero agradecerles de todo corazón por el increíble apoyo que he recibido durante esta elección primaria. Gracias a ustedes, ayer obtuvimos el 47.23% de los votos y, hasta este momento, llevamos una ventaja de 5 votos. No podría sentirme más orgullosa de todo lo que hemos logrado juntas y juntos.
Aunque todavía se siguen contando las boletas, este resultado es verdaderamente motivo de celebración. No estaría aquí sin esta comunidad extraordinaria que me ha respaldado en cada paso del camino. Juntas y juntos hemos construido una poderosa coalición de organizaciones comunitarias, sindicatos, personas defensoras de nuestra comunidad y líderes que creen en el futuro que podemos construir.
Pero nuestro trabajo no termina aquí. Llevemos este impulso a la elección general y sigamos luchando por el liderazgo que nuestra comunidad merece. ¡Espero contar con su apoyo para el próximo capítulo de esta campaña!
