J A N E Jane really “dolled” up my hair yesterday. Feeling spunky, ready to rock and inevitably cry. 🤩

I have been taking a little bit of a knitting “break” this week, resting my hands more than I usually do in order to avoid some tendinitis that was creeping up. But i never really take a break for long lol! I don’t currently have any vending events scheduled until late November, so I am taking the opportunity to make some hats for our UW Knitting & Crochet Club donation drive for Solid Ground
First pic was taken on Friday, second pic is from last Saturday, so roughly a week apart. 😊 This is the “Basic Beanie” by Alexa and Emily I’m holding some really fun acrylic yarn with a magenta mohair to make it nice and cozy to wear. This one is child size in 2x2 ribbing.
I’m also starting to get caught up on custom orders that don’t have a hard deadline. Pretty soon I’ll be going full steam ahead into Holiday Making for upcoming markets in Nov & Dec. What cute stuff should I make?? 🎁

You guys, I was so stoked to get a test portrait by naruhakolightportraits at the Old Stove Oktoberfest event yesterday. They do the most beautiful analog color film portraits. Witnessing the moment that my portrait was developed was pure f***ing magic. 📷✨🌈🖤
Give them a follow!
And big thanks to Old Stove Gardens (shout out to Troy) for organizing such a great event! I had a blast.
