I’ve never regretted a walk outside, a run with a friend, a stroll with a friend, a ride through fall leaves, a glide on the water, a sprint to blow off steam, a summer pedal with my boy, an endorphin buzz when the pace is just right.

These are gifts not to be wasted. So, do it anyway.

THIS IS MY FINAL 50 BUCKT LIST ITEM.

It’s the most important and impactful one on my list.

There is so much intention, emotion and ambition behind this one. It’s been carefully considered and motivated by a couple things I feel strongly about. It’s not just for me, but a lesson for all of us.

It’s a celebration of sorts, and a genuine gratefulness. I’ve wrapped my friends into it, because they have their own people to honor and the same reasons of gratitude.

I’d love the encouragement and motivation while I prepare. Maybe it inspires you too?

Definitely a spot you should check out in Ballard. Fair Isle Brewing

Has all the things:
excellent seattle craft brewery and taproom, great ambiance, indoor/outdoor seating, delicious food (Oxbow La Marea ), all ages (kids are cool), nice outdoor patio, and free street parking (and bike racks).
