Meet Jinji: Jinji Amen is an interdisciplinary performer, educator, and community builder working across stage, studio, and water. A board member with ASE Theatre Company and singer with Resounding Love Choir, her work bridges dance, devised theatre, and embodied storytelling, grounded in presence, somatic awareness, and ensemble collaboration.
Sherrell Turner - Affectionately known as the “Urban Philanthropist,” she is a dedicated community advocate, writer, and creative professional committed to making a meaningful impact.
Her diverse background includes work in stage productions, event promotions, music production, and writing, where she preserves history, celebrates culture, and inspires others through her work.
Deeply passionate about historical preservation, she is committed to ensuring that the stories, traditions, and contributions of the past remain accessible for future generations.
Aishé Keita is an actress, director, traditional storyteller, teaching artist and healer. She holds the position as Co Artistic Director of Ase Theatre and Co founder/ Director of Nile’s Edge Healing Arts Center. Her passion has been in storytelling since she can remember. Receiving her B.F.A from Cornish College of the Arts and studying at A.C.T San Francisco, she has been in the craft for over a decade. Aishé has been seen on stage in Fat Ham at Seattle Repertory Theatre and was the Associate Director for The Color Purple at Village Theatre. Committed to healing, theatre and African spirituality, Aishé creates intersections in all she does in pursuit of community liberation, connection, healing and joy.
Sue Williams (they/she) is a Washington-born, multi-talented storyteller and visual artist. Sue is also a leading member of the Resounding Love Choir at the Resounding Love Center for the Arts.
Olisa Enrico is an artist, educator and administrator who engages the unique power of art to cultivate community and culture. A performing artist who prioritizes connection to emotional, spiritual and cultural truth, Olisa writes, produces and performs in a multidimensional magical manifestation of each moment.
