Light. Weightless.
Drifting above the earth like ships in an endless blue.

And as you watch them move,
you may begin to notice
how easily their lightness becomes a little of your own.

As if, for a moment,
something inside could become just as spacious…
just as free.

I I never knew foxes were such gourmets.

Apparently, I’m not the only one who appreciates fresh crab by the Atlantic. 😄

From a distance, he was just a tiny red shape running across the sand.
A moment later, I was watching a young fox investigate a crab burrow as if he knew exactly what he had come for.

And that may be one of the wonderful things about paying attention:

an ordinary walk along the shore can suddenly become a discovery.

A fox.
A crab.
The Atlantic.
And a world that becomes a little more fascinating simply because you stopped long enough to notice it.

How much is happening around us while we think nothing is happening at all?

Clarity doesn’t always arrive like sunlight.

Sometimes it comes like the tide —
quietly changing the shape of the shore.

And somewhere between the moving water,
a passing bird,
and a horizon slowly opening before you,
something inside may begin to clear as well.

Some answers seem to appear
only when there is enough space for them to arrive.

Perhaps there are moments when the mind grows quiet
simply by entering a wider space.

Water around you.
Sky above you.
Blue sails filling with the wind.

And as you move forward,
you may notice that something inside begins to move as well.

Not every question needs to be answered at once.

Perhaps when the noise becomes quiet enough,
some answers begin to find their own way to the surface…
and a direction you could not see before
slowly begins to appear.
