A simple, body-safe rope tie becomes an intentional container. An opportunity to explore the feeling of being held, supported, or gently bound.
•Wild Wisdom Animal Reading
I draw upon animal symbolism, oracle cards, intuition, and the energy of the moment to offer a message for your journey.
•Embodied Reflection
We pause and notice what arose. Emotion, sensation, resistance, desire, strength, softness, or release.
•Untie + Integration
As the rope comes away, we close with a final message or affirmation to carry with you.
