It took me a year, a month, and three days to return to this project, but I did it. I started the 30 Days, 1 Canvas Challenge in 2025, and made it to Day 10 before taking a long pause.

🎉CALLING FOR ART SUBMISSIONS

EDIT: Submissions are due by Friday, February 27.

Waverly Free Library is seeking art submissions for a month-long art show in March 2026 with the theme of “Community.”

Submissions can be any form of media that can be displayed on a display panel or shelf, including paintings, fiber arts, sculpture, etc. Artworks must be created by the individual/group submitting, and no AI will be accepted. The library asks that you consider that your artwork will be seen by all ages. All ages are welcome to submit artwork. Please note: Display space is limited.

To submit your artwork, email Jae Gorski with a photo of your artwork. You will receive an email to notify you if the library has space for your submission, with additional directions. If you need assistance with art supplies, email Jae to let us know what you need - we may be able to help.
