Teaching kids to collaborate on their own mural and learning with them about about our local wildlife along the way? Why not?! We've loved developing this project with the stellar crew at Skidaway Island State Park. It's a work in progress for 100 junior ranger campers that will come together by early July. Stay tuned for fun updates (including the ridiculous antics of the silliest campers)!

Sidewalk Arts was a blast!🐝✨

We love how this event brings the whole community out to play. This year The Makers Guild took on a bee theme, each of us creating our own little world inside one big collective piece. Tiny scenes & big teamwork energy.

So proud of our artist Caroline Rose for her well designed mural, incorporating what our clients wanted for their patio mural and then some. This piece was painted by Caroline and by Tara Garrigan. The style is meant to work well with this rough tabby surface. Textured surfaces like this do take more paint and more time, but can certainly be done!

🌸🎨That’s a wrap on the first week of Junior Ranger Camp! 🐍🦅

Tara and Shaye are starting each week of camp helping the kids learn how to paint our local wild life and their habitat. Each camper’s painting from the whole spring/summer will be turned into one giant collaborative mural that will be featured at the visitor’s center in July!
