Going back to the turntable days with this project. The album is very difficult to find online and the client wants a CD to play it in her vehicle.
Fun project. Now that I have a phono preamp, I am able to complete future vinyl projects and listen to all my old albums. I'm hearing the old music in a whole new way.

Had a blast in the studio yesterday recording a drummer who was a fan of Rush and Dream Theater. These 2 bands have some very complex drum rhythms, so when this 9 YEAR-OLD drummer sat down to play, I was blown away by his timing and coordination. He nailed it. Creds to Maxwell Locke Drummer for an amazing tracking session!

Thanks to expert camera work and video editing by Bo Allen Productions and the expert mixing and mastering of the audio by Greg Michael Huberty Productions, there will be a music video to enjoy the performance. Stay tuned!

Split Willow Studio now has the option of going mobile! We will have the capacity to record up to 20 microphones at any location. The first offsite project is just around the corner and we're ready to unleash the full potential of all 20 inputs, mic'ing up two drum kits. 🤘🥁🥁🤘
