AUDITIONS ARE LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY! 🎭

Come be a part of this adorable show and help bring the magic of theatre to the best audience ever! The laughter of an auditorium filled with K-2 students is a joy like no other!

We’ve received a couple of questions over the past couple of days that we thought we’d answer here:

🐦 Question: Who is directing the show?
🚌 Answer: Kelli Killmer 😊

🐦 Question: I’m in the fall play. Can I still be a part of this?
🚌 Answer: YES!!!!! This show does not conflict with the fall play at all. We will work around any conflicts you have. Rehearsals will start this summer (just a few rehearsals) and then we will pick up with regular rehearsals after the fall play closes.

🐦 Question: I plan on auditioning but am interested in crew if I don’t get cast. Do I have to fill out both forms?
🚌 Answer: Nope. 😊 Just fill out the audition form and you are all set!

🐦 Question: Will the cast and crew be going to the Children’s Theatre again to watch a show?
🚌 Answer: YES!! We are planning to see their production of “Pinocchio” on September 23rd. (You will be back in plenty of time for fall play rehearsal.)

We are THRILLED to announce that the 2026-2027 Sartell Theatre Children’s Show is “Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!”

SHS Students: Auditions will take place next week - Wednesday June 10 and Thursday, June 11. Crew Applications are due by June 11. Check out the Schoology Theatre course for more information!

We are so excited to bring another exciting and colorful show to our K-2 students as well as our community. Save the date for this November 21-22 to see this adorable musical based on the beloved books by Mo Willems!

To our 2026 Sartell Theatre Seniors - Happy graduation day!!!

Whether you participated in one show or many throughout your time at SHS, we appreciate the time you devoted to this program, the talent you brought to creating these stories, and the kindness you shared with one another along the way!

As Carol Burnett once said, “When you have a dream, you’ve got to grab it and never let it go.” We wish you all the best as you head out into the world to pursue your dreams! We cannot wait to see all of the amazing things you continue to do as you enter this next chapter!

We're so excited to welcome Cassi Betker as our new Spring Musical Director!!

We are excited to introduce our new Spring Musical Director Cassi Betker. Cassi brings with her 15+ years of theater experience across all aspects of theater. She has a passion for theater and is excited to get to working with our students. Welcome Cassi!

Three more chances to see the show that kept audiences laughing from start to finish on opening night! The Drowsy Chaperone performs at 7pm tonight (Friday) and 2pm and 7pm tomorrow (Saturday). Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 students - and worth every penny!
