Joseph Engineering is a locally owned and operated business since 2005. Co-Owner and Vice President, Brian Joseph, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in equipment operation, grading, excavation, main line and lateral utilities, electrical, and plumbing. We have a reputation in our community as a dependable and efficient contractor. Joseph Engineering has an excellent rapport with Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County contractors and vendors. Joseph Engineering is a versatile backhoe and grading service able to perform a variety from large complex projects to small straight forward hauling jobs, while offering competitive prices, efficient services and professional staff to all its customers. Joseph Engineering relies on the office manager and various crews to complete each job. Joseph oversees each job personally to ensure customer satisfaction and proper completion of each job.
