Happy Halloween weekend!

We are excited to share that The Hermit is now available to view on Vimeo!

It’s been a long road to completion. A great big thank you to all of out supporters that have backed the project since day one!

“Thank you to everyone who has helped me bring my vision to life! A big shout out to my stellar crew who made everything happen. I’ve been working on the film for the better part of two years now and I’m glad to close this chapter.

I’m very honored to say that the film was selected to screen in 8 festivals!

Very happy to report that The Hermit has been selected for the Bay Area Short Film Festival! We are excited to screen in another local festival! Ours will be the penultimate film to screen in the first round of showings.

We will be screening online on Saturday January 23rd 2021 on Eventbrite.

We are happy to announce that The Hermit is now screening virtually in Another Hole in the Head Film Festival!

This year, the festival is being held online and will screen via Eventive and Zoom!

The films will have an option for the viewers to vote on their favorite films! The film with the most votes will be given an Audience Award.

Message From the Director:
Ahead of the event, I will be taking part in a free preview of festival films via Zoom on Tuesday December 15th 2020! The preview will feature our trailer, and a few words from me!

The Hermit A young woman is kidnapped and taken hostage by a mysterious hermit in the forest. When she returns to society, she struggles to revert to her old self.

The Hermit has been officially selected to screen in this year's Another Hole in the Head Film Festival in San Francisco! We are gladdened to mark this as our first SF Bay Area festival! This year the festival will be held online.

Unfortunately, we also learned today that the festival is no longer going forward as an in-person event and will be awarding entries online. Winners will be announced in August!

We are honored to be a selection for The Paris Play Film Festival​, and Lift-Off Global Network​'s First Time Filmmakers Festival.

The Hermit has been officially selected as a semi-finalist for this year's Thriller/Horror category! The Hermit is available to watch on the festival site's screening room page. We are absolutely honored to be a part of this event, and we are proud to be showcased among very talented filmmakers!

Lift Off Session's First Time Filmmakers Festival: Official Selection

Projects will be showcased on the Vimeo page for a contest open to the general public! Admission fees are $10 for access to 100 films that have been selected internationally. The winner will be voted by the audience! Viewers need to comment on the page and list TWO of their favorite films in order for their vote to be counted! We, of course, would greatly appreciate a vote for 'The Hermit', but it is not obligatory! We are honored to be included in a roster of wonderful works, made by other first-time filmmakers such as myself! The films will be live on-demand, this Friday (5/29) at 10:00 PM BST / 2:00 PM PST.
