Medicating flower is the best gift you can give yourself 💚💚💚 the benefits are endless when it comes to stress, anxiety and sleep ! !!! The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness! W**d can definitely make your soul feel better, if I say so myself 🌿

**Personally when smoking, I enjoy a wake&bake sesh to start my day, stretching is a big factor in getting my day started and playing my favorite music in the background , then a fat dab to motivate and elevate my mind is how I do it ! 🤩
