I'm incredibly honored to level up now and be your new Second-in-Command in the kitchen. Much, much gratitude to Diane and Executive Chef Priscilla for this momentous opportunity. Thank you to each and every one of you who supported me, who always believed in me.

It's been a wild journey. I was laid off from a promising career in the gaming industry 19 months ago, then I enrolled in Culinary School only 14 months ago. Shrouded with uncertainty and anxiety, I was constantly doubting who I truly am, leading me to rediscover the roots of what kind of fulfillment my soul really desires. That's where cooking always came into play. The realization that there's an innate satiation from sharing your gastronomical creation with others. With you.

Take this as my commitment to always improve on my techniques, to continue learning, and to accountably carry this position passionately, by showcasing Kindred Spirits Wine Bar with irreplaceable wine and dine experience that you'll adore. And absolutely, I'll still DJ some R&B for you.
