You guyssss!!!! We are down to 28 of these left!!!! 😨

Should we have allocated more for freeze drying seeing as how there’s currently 224 dehydrated?!

Because we have exponentially larger and several more dehydration machines, but only ONE small sized freeze dryer, we tend to prioritize the vast majority of batches directly for dehydration.

In our last poll, roughly 80% of you also voted a preference for dehydration over FD which surprised me!

It just might be that the word is slowly started to get out on FD and it’s slowly picking up steam.

We’ll try to keep a closer eye and partition out a more even balance based off demands in the future. Learning as we go is fun! 🤓

🦃 Turkey Breast - Freeze Dried ❄️

As we continue to build out our freeze dried collection to an already expansive list of choices, I wonder if I am fostering an even greater sense of option paralysis?

I’m sure for the beginner pet parent, the site is a LOT to take in, both good and bad! But at the end of the day, I am a firm believer that in this case, MORE is MORE!

There are so many speciality diets to adhere to, breed specific sensitivities and allergies to navigate around, and size and ages to consider that I want these pet owners to feel like they have options too!

Perhaps what I need to do is create a guide or easy landing pages for “beginner, intermediate and advanced” treat levels! Thoughts???

☁️ Sharing my rambling idealistic daydream of the day. Special thank you to Kahu & Makai for reminding me of the life altering “Overview Effect” our brave astronauts brought home with them.

The Overview Effect describes disappearing borders in the political, national, and religious space, planet fragility of Earth’s paper thin atmosphere protecting against a harsh void, and deep connection coming from a singular unity feeling of a citizen of Earth.

If only we could affect these feelings across the entire planet without the costly logistics of space travel, oh can you imagine what a world that would be! 🌎
