ArtSpan has been monumental in helping me develop my career in the Bay Area. Beyond organizing San Francisco Open Studios, they continuously create opportunities for artists through exhibitions, community events, and partnerships that activate neighborhoods and connect artists with local businesses, galleries, and audiences.
This year’s auction, Locally Grown, is an invitational showcase featuring works by 60 artists. When they invited me to participate in this year’s benefit auction, it felt right to give back to an organization that has supported both artists and the larger SF art community in so many ways.

Today is the second - and final - day of Silicon Valley Open Studios

Yesterday was such a fun day. So many people came through, and we had live piano and violin music filling the hallway.

We’re open today from 11am–5pm at Alameda Artworks.

I'm so excited to share that my painting “Blooming” was selected for the 2026 2D Salon at the Triton Museum. Out of more than 2,500 entries, only 117 works were chosen.

This selection feels especially meaningful after being rejected the past two years.

The exhibition is installed salon-style and brings together a wide range of emerging and established Bay Area artists. It’s always inspiring to see so many different artistic voices sharing the same space.

I’d love to celebrate the opening with you at the reception next Saturday.
(I know the reception coincides with SVOS, so I’ll step away for two hours from 12–2pm to attend the Triton Museum Salon Reception.)

This will be my fourth year participating in Silicon Valley Open Studios, and likely my last for a while before I head to New York this fall to begin my MFA at the New York Academy of Art.

SVOS was the first open studio I joined after becoming a full-time artist in 2023. I still remember how nervous and excited I was that first year. This time, I’m looking forward to sharing the work in a more relaxed way and connecting with visitors.

I’ll be returning to Alameda Artworks as a guest artist. With nearly 40 artists opening their studios that weekend, there will be plenty to explore. Would love to see you there ❤️

Still savoring last weekend at the Startup Art Fair.

The enthusiasm and genuine curiosity about art still excites me. It’s something I know I’ll carry with me, especially through the harder moments.
So many good conversations, and so nice to see friends I rarely get to catch in person. 👯‍♀️👯‍♂️

To my surprise, a few people told me my room was their favorite. I take that with a lot of humility. There were many incredible artists at the fair.

Two of my paintings found collectors who truly connect with them, and new homes.

It was a lot of work—long days, a lot of standing and talking—but the kind that reminds me why I keep going.

It's finally done 😌
Transforming a hotel room into a showroom was no easy feat.
After two days of perfecting every detail, I'm thrilled with the outcome.

We're now open! The fair runs for three days, through the weekend.
