Exercise caution when selecting a shop for controller repairs. A client sent four Xbox 360 controllers. Another repair service claimed they swapped the joysticks and replaced the original gray thumb sticks with black versions. Yet those controllers still had unresponsive areas on the sticks. In reality, the joysticks remained unchanged—only the thumb sticks were exchanged.

I said it before and I'll say it again. These gaming consoles require preventive maintenance. The hotter they run, the slower they will run. Deep cleaning, new thermal paste, new thermal pads, new CMOS battery, clean disk laser, and l**e of the laser rails.

Customer sent me an unboxing of his controllers. Replaced the analog sticks with KSilver TMRs, Replaced Thumb sticks. And replaced RB LB Bumper Button Tactile Switches. The Bumper Switches have a nice clicky sound and feel to it.

I want to apologize for controllers taking longer than expected. Been busy at work and softball games for my daughter. Family always comes first. I’ll be sending controllers out on Monday. I’ll be running a sale on repairs first week August. 🎮🕹️🥎

PlayStation 4 controller. Changed out the micro USB charger port and put in a USB-C port. One less cord you will need!
