A year ago, we were all asking, "What can Generative AI do?"
Today, the question has shifted to, "How is it actually changing our results?"
In early 2025, I launched a global study to track the impact of Generative AI on PM performance and project outcomes. We have entered the era of Agentic AI—systems that don’t just "write," but actually "act" by autonomously orchestrating workflows, allocating resources, and proactively managing risks to perform better.
While the initial data from PM practitioners gave us a baseline, the rapid evolution of AI over the last 12 months means we need a clearer, more robust picture for 2026.
As a doctoral researcher and long-time PMP, I am inviting you to contribute to this evolving story.
