I’m sharing this post to bring attention to ongoing issues with Ree Medical. I completed all initial paperwork and paid in full for their “expedited” or “fast-tracked” process — which comes with a 2‑month guarantee.
Unfortunately, it’s now well past that period, and the company has not honored this guarantee.Every scheduling link I’ve received for a required medical evaluation only shows a 90‑day window, and none of the available days are accessible. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I’ve experienced zero transparency, limited communication, and no sense of accountability from Ree Medical.As a customer — and an informed advocate for ethical business practices — I believe this pattern reflects a serious lack of professionalism and empathy. I’m asking to take notice of how Ree Medical is handling its commitments and communication with clients who depend on timely support.
