Steven Leon Rubalcaba Jr / Nizzotes

Mexican American Bay Area native (originally, land of the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe) and self-taught artist. Creating has been my main form of expression, whether it be sketching, picking up a paint brush or deconstructing objects into something beautiful. Bay Area streets are my second home where my love of Hip-Hop/graffiti became my outlet for much of my youth, m

aking my mark. My struggle/humble beginnings and mixed heritage have inspired me to explore my creative side and keeps me balanced. The streets of San José, bottom of The Bay and all its residents helped raise me, they're my community, they are my family.
