I made some new headshot backgrounds for the studio. I'm going to keep building on these in the time ahead and make them textured, but thought I'd keep them simple to start.

One of my favorite things since I started the studio is hiding out in my room when I have events and hearing everyone freak out when they see the upstairs. The spontaneous adoration makes all the hard work worth it.
Oh, and the bonus food. There is a taco truck in my driveway right now.

Loving the direction the simplicity of this space is taking my photography right now. I've been busy behind the scenes dreaming up a whole new fashion portfolio, in a lot of ways returning to some of my earliest photography I did in NYC while also certainly weaving in the newer influences I've gravitated towards here in California. Here's Arianna Fornaciai shot here in The Light channeling my excitement in her usual matter of fact beauty way.
