No Heart Attack!!! If you came to class last Sunday you heard I had a mild heart attack. Sometimes the doctors get it wrong. I did NOT have a heart attack, I is all good.

I’m so happy for you because Caela Ndaki will be in the house over the Thanksgiving week. I’ll be cruising down the coast of Mexico and will see you when I get back.
