Spundae was founded in 1993 by Peter and Guiv to expose electronic dance music to San Francisco's club scene. The duo brought the global scene to west coast culture by constantly throwing electronic dance parties like California had never seen before. tional DJs such as: Sasha, John Digweed, Timo Maas, Armin van Buuren, John '00' Fleming, Nick Warren, Gabriel & Dresden, Cass, Christopher Lawrence, Tiesto, Pete Tong, Markus Schulz, Jerry Bonham, DJ Dan, Sandra Collins, Sander Kleinenberg, James Zabiela, Deepsky, Ferry Corsten, Max Graham, Infusion, Steve Lawler, Marco V, Dave Seamen, D:Fuse, Above & Beyond, Blank & Jones, Doc Martin, Dieselboy, Carl Cox, DJ Irene, Kyau vs. The production wing of the company continues doing one-off events, DJ-centric events in San Francisco at various venues, while in Los Angeles Spundae has weekly show at avalon every saturday. Spundae also throws various one-off events in Las Vegas and San Diego at various venues.
