We’ve been taking a bit of a summer break from our socials this summer… But it hasn’t made us stop thinking of all the good times 💫

So here’s to throwing it back to some of our Summer boat parties, sailing on the San Francisco Bay at sunset with the fog rolling in over the Golden Gate Bridge, all with a soundtrack of the best beats around. This was a Sunset tradition from the late 90’s through the mid 2010s🚢

We’ve now bottled that energy all into one - our Halloween Costume Boat Party 🎃  
So mark the calendars for Sunday, October 25th, and we’ll be seeing you all then 🌅⛵️

Of course this time of year has us thinking, reminiscing and dreaming so much of Sunset Campout 🌅✨
We realized we never shared this video from 2025 which encapsulates our feelings of deep gratitude to all the amazing people who worked so hard behind the scenes making Sunset Campout happen smoothly. We didn’t want to wait any longer to share this sentiment of thanks to all the incredible people & crews that created the magic year after year. We missed a few folks in the thank you’s - notably our awesome medical teams, so thanks to .apothecary - and to for keeping us all safe all weekend ❤️

In a seemingly fractured world, creating positive spaces, and the community that is built around that is all the more important.

So to all of you - thank you 🙏 Do you miss us yet?

Summer solstice is right around the corner 🌞 it’s a time we consciously picked for Sunset Campout, sharing the longest days with our community in Belden, while celebrating the solstice’s magic at a time of year when the Feather River Canyon is at its most beautiful ✨🌳

We feel so grateful to have spent so many incredible years, cultivating this special event in such a unique setting. We are missing Belden, and all of our community that shared so many special moments together with us over the 15 years we spent there. 🌄

Usually this time of year is busy with Campout preparation and excitement - so this year feels different for sure. While we were all ready for some time off, we are of course missing our community and reminiscing fondly of all the amazing years we shared on the Feather River. ✨🌈🏕️

Here’s a recap from last year, reflecting a the smiles, laughter, river, dancing, yoga, art and beautiful connections that we’ll miss dearly this year on Belden . ❤️

While we don’t have our beloved Sunset Campout to look forward to this year… We are excited for Sunset Sound Systems own Galen and Solar to be playing two awesome small boutique festivals in Northern California this summer.⛱️

1️⃣First up: Groovewell Vacation happening in Hopland… This crew have been big supporters of Sunset for years, they’ve played our parties, and now are in the second year of their own Campout. It’s a beautiful small well-curated intimate event with swimming, dancing in beautiful labyrinthine surroundings. There’s definitely been a buzz about this year, and many of our Sunset family will be joining, on the date we usually are in Belden. Get your tickets soon as space is limited.

2️⃣Next up is the OM getaway celebrating the 30 year anniversary of Om records in a beautiful space near Yosemite. This stellar lineup features many of Om records mainstays and the location feels more resort than campground. Expect lots of heads to be coming out of the woodwork for this one. We can’t wait to get down with our OM family..

Catch Galen and Solar at these two events… Pick your lane or come to both 💫We can’t wait to see some Sunset faces on the dance floor under the trees, sun and stars.🌞⭐️

We didn’t wanna wait any longer to say a huge heartfelt thank you to all of you who came out for such a special gathering on Sunday for our Sunset spring opener at Yerba Buena Gardens. 🌸

This is exactly why we do what we do, to create community that’s long-lasting and built on love, music, unity and dancing. And to see three generations of Sunset family out in the park is really a special thing ❣️

Massive thanks to everyone behind the scenes who help make this happen smoothly, to Yerba Buena Gardens for hosting us, to our musical talent, and to all of YOU for bringing the amazing vibes and sunshine smiling faces all day long, and into the night .. 🙌🌞🙏💞
