Camp A Ca****la is looking for motivated, energetic, and passionate counselors to help ensure an awesome and safe experience for all of our campers! Counselor duties include: assisting with camper check-in and check-out; supervising campers; leading, setting up, and helping with Camp activities; leading floor meetings; and assisting Camp staff as needed.

All counselors live in and supervise campers in dorms at Wright State University (Dayton, OH). Counselors will also have the opportunity to participate in many Camp A Ca****la functions, interact with and learn from our amazing staff, and take in an incredible week of all things a ca****la! In addition, we are exploring counselor/intern hybrid position for 2026.

Folks in this role might be asked to lead or assist with a class and/or ensemble. Compensation is in the form of room and board as well as access to Camp A Ca****la events. Counselors/interns are responsible for their own transportation to/from Camp A Ca****la. We will be accepting applications and filling positions on a rolling basis as needed. FREE ARRANGEMENT, SPREAD GLOBAL HARMONY

Hi Everyone, I'm happy to share there's a wonderful initiative from the "Gay Lumberjack" (Kevin Tuerff) depicted in the musical "Come From Away." His life was changed by the kindness of strangers so he started a non-profit to spread kindness every September 11th, and this year he's looking to get people around the world to sing "Be Kind" by Zak Abel.

Download the arrangement for free (SATB, SSAA, & TTBB available), learn the song (it's easy, you're welcome to make it your own), make a video, and upload it! On September 1 the videos will be edited together into a single video, a global celebration of kindness.

Plus groups near NYC may be invited to sing at the 25th anniversary 9/11 event this coming September.

Wow! What a thrill and utter privilege it was to have the incredible legend and A Capella phenomenon that is Deke Sharon attend our rehearsal on Thurday! Deke is over in the UK for a series of workshops with our friends at Pop Chorus and we were so delighted that he had time share some of his incredible knowledge, wisdom and humour with us. Deke’s enthusiasm for singing and community is totally infectious and we will be feeling inspired for a long time to come!
