“Last Light Over Positano”— the second painting in this small series inspired by the same view, just a little earlier in the evening, when the last light still lingers over the hillside and the town begins to softly glow.

I was drawn to the way the warm lights, movement, and fading blue-violet sky seemed to melt together into atmosphere, almost like a memory of summer evenings along the coast.

My oil painting “Afternoon at Étretat” has found a new home through Artfinder, and today I carefully packed it for its journey.
There is always something special about sending an original painting out into the world, knowing it will become part of someone’s everyday life and quiet moments.

For the past few weeks I’ve been working on my first collection of fine art prints, inspired by water gardens and the way light and color soften within them.

It’s something I’ve been wanting to create for a long time, and it’s finally coming together.

This began as a calm fall evening on Lake Como.
When I painted it, the movement and texture already felt like fabric — flowing, layered, quiet.

Later, it found its way into silk scarf almost effortlessly.
A painting that continues beyond the canvas.

“Summer Evening in Venice”—just found a new home with one of my wonderful collectors.
She’s collected several of my paintings over the years, and I can’t tell you how much it means to know my work continues to speak to her.
I painted this one from memory and feeling… the glow of windows, the hush of water, the kind of light that asks you to pause.
I’m so grateful this moment found a home where it’s truly seen. 💕
