Rooms are brighter in the summer than at any other time of year. There are more windows open, more light moving through the space, more hours in the day when the work on your walls is actually visible.

I'm seeing a lot of artists celebrating World Photography Day today and wanted to join in on the appreciation!

It's a celebration of the way artists preserve moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed. Every work of art begins with the same simple act: paying attention.

Artists notice the light, the atmosphere, the emotion, the relationships, and the everyday moments that many of us walk past without a second thought.

"The Three Amigos Watercolor" is part of that tradition. Thanks for taking a moment to reflect with me today.

When you buy from an independent artist, the money doesn't disappear into a warehouse somewhere; it goes directly toward more work getting made.

That's the whole engine. Choosing "Blown Out Oil on White Board" isn't just a decorating decision, it's a vote for more art to exist.
