This Saturday's 8pm show at Humphreys Backstage LIVE marks the end of a kick ass era for our band. 🥁
The amazing human / drummer / comedian / singer / friend / father / "husband" / dog Dad / teacher / Bon Vivant / humanitarian Larry Grano is leaving us for his next adventure w Christine, on the Eastern side of our great nation! 💥
This is our FINAL regularly scheduled concert with him as our cherished Captain. Please come shower him with praise, ca$h, and heartfelt thanks!! No one else on Earth is like him. ❤️
Fear not, the band is NOT breaking up. We have accepted the massive challenge of somehow replacing him. Most likely with multiple artists. AND the superlative rhythmic skills of Brad Smith will be on full display at our September and October shows! 🎶
Come wish Larry all the best and let's have some FUN WITH LARRY! He's picking all the songs we play for his final gig with The Tighten Ups! Expect some surprises! 🎷🎺
And.... if he's ever back in town for a visit.... he'll probably be our special guest drummer! So we've got THAT going for us, which is nice. 🎉
