OPEN HOUSES are back...sorta...we still have regulations to follow to ensure everyone's safety!
1. Masks are required for ALL visitors and agents.
2. Visitors are still required to sign-in and/or provide a COVID-19 release form commonly referred to as a PEAD. The new PEAD ALL form makes it a little easier to use one doc for several showings.
3. Social distancing of min 6ft between groups inside.
4. We are allowed to show Buyer related groups larger than 2 buyers + their agent.
5. Use hand sanitizer upon entering (agent should provide!) and limit touching surfaces.
6. Open houses allow Buyers to view properties without having to schedule individual appointments. Each listing is different and many sellers will opt to stick to appointments for qualified buyers only at this time.
7. We're all in this together! A busy open house may require a bit of a wait outside to allow for all above. We're getting there but not quite back to "normal" yet.
